recently i got myself an FT-QL, and I just can wait to see what it can do...
Well what it can do... that's not too much
It can measure the light which is needed ^^ (but therefore the battery will make it to infinity
But its a good camera to get used to the 'world of advanced photography'
Because you get a feeling for all the things like shutterspeed and fNumbers and it's functions.
It will definitely take some time until you get 'fluent' shots because its all very confusing to set it all manually, but you will get used to it
One think which is really useful with a camera like is a flash for portraits,etc. (personally I use a 'Blitz Bauer E528' ) because you won't have to set the shutter speed anylonger and with a flash which got program automatics not even the fNumber ^^
